I have two great passions. One is for western archetypal astrology (inspired by the work of Richard Tarnas), and the other is for the practice of Holotropic Breathwork (created by Stan and Christina Grof). This web site is devoted to each of these passions and the connections that exist between them.

Through the links at the left you can find more information about the astrological work that I do, as well as information about breathwork and any upcoming workshops I will be facilitating. Under the link “Essays” you currently can find three astrological essays by my teacher Rick Tarnas, as well as a brief piece I wrote as a resource guide for learning astrology. Soon I hope to post some more of my own writings here, and eventually the plan is to post a semi-regular astrological column, the focus of which will be determined by whatever my current archetypal fascination happens to be. This might be astrological/archetypal analysis of a current news story, analysis of a famous person, or analysis of a popular film. In any case, I look forward to sharing with each of you my adventures in astrology and breathwork. I hope you enjoy my site!
